LIVE  An AI coach for business owners

Business problems solved. With the right tools. And zero raw exposure.

Get AI help solving real business problems — cash flow, late payers, loan offers, tax questions — grounded in your documents, with names and account numbers stripped before any AI reads a word.

You review the exact redacted document payload before it's first sent. Redaction reduces risk; it can't guarantee every identifier is caught — your review is part of the design.

01 · What's behind the answer

A working analyst, not a chat window.

Verified math

Reconciliations, ratios, payoff and refi math run as real computation — every figure calculated, not estimated.

Live market data

Today's rates and current tax-year figures pulled fresh and cited — so "is this loan offer fair?" gets a real answer.

Pattern radar

Compares periods and flags what's drifting: a payer slipping, a cost creeping, a balance heading the wrong way.

You review first

See exactly what the AI will receive before anything is sent. Anything ambiguous is held for your eyes, never guessed.

02 · Real use cases

Bring the problems that keep you up.

"Which customer is paying later and later?"
Unit 3 has slipped from day 2 to day 9 to day 16 over three months, and this month paid $925 of $2,100. That's a pattern, not a hiccup — here's the question to ask your property manager…

"Is refinancing worth it at today's rates?"
Your note is at 7.1%; comparable 30-year money is quoting near 6.3% today (searched & cited). Computed break-even: ~22 months on $412/mo savings. Worth a lender call if you'll hold past 2028.

"Explain line 8 on this tax form."
Line 8 is other income — in your case it's the $1,400 insurance reimbursement, which is why it doesn't match your deposits. Plain-English walkthrough, then the one question worth asking your CPA.

03 · How it works

Three steps between your filing cabinet and a straight answer.

1 · UPLOAD

Drop in the document

Bank or card statement, invoice, lease, owner statement, tax return. PDF or export — messy is fine.

2 · REDACT

Identifiers vaulted first

Names, addresses, account numbers, tax IDs — swapped for placeholders before any AI reads the page. Originals destroyed right after redaction — never retained.

3 · ASK

Answers you can check

Numbers shown, math computed, sources cited — and placeholders translated back to real names only on your screen.

04 · Try it for real

Upload. Review the redaction. Ask.

Your original file is destroyed the moment redaction completes; the session self-destructs after 60 minutes. PDF or TXT up to 8 MB.

1 · Your original document (destroyed after redaction)

Please don't upload: medical records, full card numbers, documents about minors, or documents you aren't authorized to share. Spreadsheets (CSV) aren't supported yet.

Waiting for a file…

2 · Redacted document payload — exactly what the AI receives from your document

Redaction reduces risk. It is not a guarantee. Our system detects and replaces identified names, addresses, account details, and other configured identifiers before any AI reads your document, and flags detected ambiguities for your review below. No automated redaction catches everything — that's why this review step exists. Read what will be sent. If something personal survived, remove it in your document and re-upload before asking. OwnerLens remains responsible for the data-handling commitments stated here; your review adds a safeguard on top.

05 · Why trust us

No testimonials yet. Here's what we offer instead.

OwnerLens is a business coach first — redaction is how it earns the right to see your numbers.

"I own and operate a small business. When I wanted AI answers about my own documents, I refused to paste sensitive information — customers, vendors, account numbers — into AI chatbots, even the very well-known ones. So I built the redaction engine first, and I test every release on my own documents before it touches anyone else's. OwnerLens exists because I'm its first concerned customer."

Redacted before analysis

Direct identifiers are replaced with placeholders before financial content reaches the AI — and you review exactly what's sent.

Originals not retained

Documents are processed and discarded — not stored, not used for training, not sitting where a breach could find them.

Nothing worth stealing

The map from placeholders to real names lives only for your session, then it's destroyed.

What we won't claim: "military-grade," "impossible to breach," or that redaction is perfect — no automated system is. Unusual formats can occasionally let an identifier through; we treat redaction as strong risk reduction, test it against an ever-growing suite of real leak patterns, and let you review what's sent. If a claim here stops being true, it comes down.

06 · Questions owners actually ask

FAQ

What exactly does the AI see?
The financial content — amounts, dates, categories, patterns — with direct identifiers replaced by placeholders like <PERSON_001> before analysis. It reasons over the numbers; it never receives who they belong to.
Can redaction ever miss something?
Honestly: yes, rarely. Automated redaction is strong risk reduction, not a guarantee. We reduce the risk with layered detection, a leak-test suite that grows with every failure mode we find, and your review of exactly what's sent. What we won't do is pretend the risk is zero.
Do you store my documents?
OwnerLens does not persist your document contents, questions, or answers. Your original file is destroyed right after redaction; the token↔identifier mapping self-deletes within 60 minutes or when you end the session. The reviewed redacted document, your questions, relevant prior conversation in the session, and the AI's answers are processed by Anthropic (our AI provider) and retained for 30 days under its standard policy. We keep only your email and signup details if you join the list, plus security logs.
Who built this?
A small-business owner who wanted AI analysis of his own documents and wasn't willing to expose his customers, vendors, or accounts to get it. Every release is tested on the founder's own documents first. Full story.
Is this financial advice? Does it replace my CPA?
No and no. OwnerLens is educational analysis — it explains, surfaces patterns, and quantifies options so you can decide and have sharper conversations with your CPA, attorney, or lender. Compliance details.
What documents can I use?
Bank and card statements, invoices, owner statements, leases, loan documents, tax returns — PDF or export. If a document gives us trouble, we say so rather than guess.
What does it cost?
The preview is free while we refine it. Paid plans come later — with founding-member pricing for the email list — and only after our compliance review is complete.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT or Claude?
Three ways. Privacy: a chatbot sees everything you paste; OwnerLens strips identities first. Rigor: math is computed and market data is searched and cited, not recalled. Honesty: where your documents can't support an answer, OwnerLens says exactly what's missing.
Who we are

Built by a business owner who wouldn't paste his own books into a chatbot.

I'm Bobak Tamaddon. I own and operate a small business — which means my filing cabinet looks like yours: bank statements, invoices, contracts, loan documents, a tax return that raises more questions than it answers, and personal finances tangled into all of it.

When AI assistants got good enough to actually help with those documents, I had the same reaction you probably did: incredible — and I'm not uploading that. My documents carry my customers' names, my vendors, my account numbers, my addresses. "Just paste it into a chatbot" — even a very well-known one — was never an acceptable answer.

So I built the missing piece first: a redaction engine that strips every name, address, and account number before any AI reads a word — and I tested it on my own documents, hunting leaks line by line, before letting it near anyone else's. That engine, and the plain-English financial analysis behind it, became OwnerLens.

How we work

Dogfood first. Every release runs on my own books before yours. Claims you can check. No "military-grade" hand-waving — vague trust language is how people get fooled. Honest numbers. When your documents can't support an answer, OwnerLens says what's missing instead of improvising — and when a question belongs with your CPA or attorney, it says that too.

Where we are

OwnerLens is newly live. No customer logos, no testimonials — yet. What exists: a working redaction engine, a founder who runs it on real statements, and a free preview you can try right now.
